This channel is dedicated exclusively to directing complaints about legal non-compliance by the organization or its members, under the terms and conditions of Law 2/2023, of 20th February, which regulates the protection of people who report regulatory infractions and fight against corruption.

What is understood as a regulatory breach?

Without exclusion or limitation, the following are considered:

  • Frauds and scams
  • Money laundering
  • Tax evasion or avoidance
  • Crimes against intellectual or industrial property
  • Unfair competition
  • Crimes against the market or consumers
  • Internal corruption
  • Irregularities with Tax Agencies (in Spain La Seguridad Social or La Agencia Tributaria)
  • Non-compliance with data protection regulations
  • Disclosure of business secrets
  • Embezzlement
  • Crimes against the environment and public health
  • Violation of workers' rights

Some of the situations that could be reported in this way are:

  • Possible conduct and behaviors considered illegal with the performance of work,
  • alleged lucrative management of company resources,
  • situations of discrimination or sexual abuse,
  • corruption practices, theft, fraud, etc.

Who can submit a communication?

Personal from the company as well as external people who are or have been professionally linked or related to the company.

How can I make a communication?

Verbally, in writing or in person by following the steps indicated in the Confidential Reporting Channel form. Likewise, communication can be anonymous.

How will communication be processed?

It will be processed guaranteeing confidentiality and prohibition of retaliation to the reporting person.

Guarantee of confidentiality of the reporting person

The internal information system includes guarantees of confidentiality, non-retaliation, respect for independence, data protection, secrecy of communications and correct practices for monitoring, investigation and protection of the informant.
