Under the regulation on financial service transparency and customer protection, Invexcel Patrimonio EAFI, S.L., ‘INVEXCEL’ hereinafter, a Customer Service Department, CSD thereinafter, is available to its customers. The CSD is tasked with handling and resolving complaints or claims filed by customers of INVEXCEL regarding their rights or legitimate interests in relation to financial services provided by INVEXCEL.
Likewise, regulations governing Customer Service are available to its customers, which govern the CSD’s activities.
All complaints or claims must be addressed in first instance to the head of the CSD:
